Marc Fitapelli

Marc Fitapelli is the founder of MDF Law, which he established in 2011 after beginning his career at prominent national firms Epstein Becker & Green PC and Gibbons PC. He is licensed in New York and has spent his career representing injured investors and consumers, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars from major financial institutions, broker-dealers, and insurance companies.

Marc has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 2024–2025 — an honor reserved for the top 5% of attorneys nationwide — and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (top 1% of U.S. trial lawyers) and America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators®. He holds the Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI) designation, a significant differentiator in digital asset fraud cases.

He has appeared in federal courts across the country, including the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of Michigan, District of Massachusetts, Northern District of Illinois, Southern District of Texas, District of Maryland, and District of Colorado. His work has been covered by CNBC, The Washington Post, Forbes, NBC News, Investment News, and U.S. News & World Report.

Marc is also an Adjunct Professor at CUNY College of Staten Island and a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law (2007), where he served as an Editor of the Labor and Employment Law Journal.

Outside of his legal practice, Marc enjoys computer programming and beekeeping.
