Marc D. Fitapelli, Esq.

Marc Fitapelli is the founder of MDF Law, which he established in 2011 after beginning his career at prominent national firms Epstein Becker & Green PC and Gibbons PC. He is licensed in New York and has spent his career representing injured investors and consumers, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars from major financial institutions, broker-dealers, and insurance companies.

Marc has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 2024–2025 — an honor reserved for the top 5% of attorneys nationwide — and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (top 1% of U.S. trial lawyers) and America's Top 100 High Stakes Litigators®. He holds the Certified Cryptocurrency Investigator (CCI) designation, a significant differentiator in digital asset fraud cases.
